Balance Sheet – Understand Your Business Position
The Balance Sheet shows what your business owns (Assets) and owes (Liabilities) on a selected date. With LedgerX, you can quickly view capital, loans, assets, receivables, and cash balances in one clear view.

Open Balance Sheet
Go to Reports → Balance Sheet from the main menu.

Select the Date
Choose Till Today or any specific date to view your business position as of that day.

Include Opening Balance (Optional)
Enable Include Opening Balance if you want opening balances added to the report.

Review Liabilities
On the left side, check:
- Capital & Reserves
- Loans (Secured / Unsecured)
- Current Liabilities (GST, TDS, Payables)

Review Assets
On the right side, check:
- Fixed Assets
- Cash & Bank Balances
- Inventory
- Receivables & Advances
